Diablo 2 beating baal as level 34 druid?

i started a while ago i am a level 34 mix between summoning and a shapeshifting druid im playing in single player mode and cant for the life of me beat baal here is a list of my skills and how many points are in them:



shape shifting:



werewolf: 5 points

lyncanthropy: 4 points

feral rage 4 points

rabies: 3 points(2 points from item)

fire claws: (2 points from item)

fury: 2 points



summoning:



poison creeper: 6 points

raven: 1 point

summon spirit wolf: 5 points

oak sage: 2 points

summon dire wolf: 4 points (2 points from item)

heart of wolverine: 1 point

summon grizzly: 1 point

spirit of barbs: 3 points



the summons i am using are the grzzly, a spirit of barbs and the poison creeper, i am mainly using for my characters attacks rabies then i switch to either fury or feral rage depending on if i need more life because of feral rage's life steal plz answer my question if you can tell me if i am doing something wrong or i just need to level up? thank you

when i first killed baal, i leveled up to about 40. i was an assassin and i focused only on tiger strike and dragon talon, so those two were maxed out.



my strategy was to summon a town portal in a safe spot, and put super health and super mana potions (i filled three rows health and one row mana in my belt). i went and hit him a bunch with dragon talon until my mana was out, then used a potion, and repeated until all my mana was out and then went for physical attacks. then when i was out of potions, i went to my portal (to go back home) and stocked up to repeat the process.



if you use this strategy, make sure you have at least 2 potions left before you head back to the portal just in case he chases after you (he will). so with your druid, i reccomend to level up and focus only on only a few strong summons or shapeshifting (with partnered skills such as rabies)
