How bad would this be?

So I fell for this guy and we were really flirty and we finally asked eachother ages. I told him I was almost 18 and he said he was 24. He thought I was around 20 and I thought he was around 20. So if anything ever happened between us, because we have a lot a chemistry and I haven't found one flaw about him that I can't stand and he's actually a pretty good guy.. does a 18 year old girl dating a 24 year old guy sound THAT bad to you?

I really don't have a problem giving it a shot after I get to know him, I'm just afraid he might be iffy about it since he is the older one.. and he's not a creeper at all so I don't know if he'd feel like he was being a pervert.

How bad would this be?
He might not have a problem with it but he isn't just dealing with his opinions but others as well. He'll look at what society is thinking is right. So, even if he has a problem with it, just realize that it isn't his problem but him trying to conform to what society wants.

Reply:You're both old and mature enough, so your age gap shouldn't really be that big of a problem. The only way it wouldn't work if the guy thought he was too old or you too young, but if both of you want to, it's fine.
