Downtown Los Angeles, Breaking and Entering?

Im currently obsessed with a building in the downtown los angeles area. It has 10+ floors, but only some of them are in use... ever since i was a kid, ive wanted to break in... just to get to see the inside, and sit on the roof. (Im a bit of a creeper..) So, worst case scenario, I get caught... what would happen? Dont be a smart a**, and try to be cool by being sarcastic, because thats not what im here for. I am a 21 year old male, with a CLEAN record. I dont plan on stealing, or breaking anything. the building is old, and im very athletic, flexible... so i wont break anything upon entering, and i wont move anything. What do you non sarcastic people think?

The term "breaking" doesn't actually mean you have to damage anything -- just open something (door, window, etc) that you have no right to open. If you then go inside or place anything inside, that is "entering", and completes the crime of "breaking and entering." Furthermore, you would be "trespassing" from the moment you enter onto private property without any license or other permission to do so. So, worst case, you get several misdemeanor charges pay a fine and spend time in local jail (although you'd have to look up the California penal code to determine when it becomes a felony and worth a big fine and prison time).
Reply:I think I need a stud like you around.
