Whats wrong with this picture?

Well, this is me.

The reason for my question is that I don't have much confidence in my appearance. I know I'm squinting. But aside from that, I feel like I look like a vampire or some other unfriendly creature, and this prevents people from approaching me. People have always said I just look mischeivious and creepy. And don't tell me to smile, heh, this is just the most recent picture I have. So imagine you're standing near me, what could I do so that you would be more inclined to say "hey, how about the weather?" and less likely to avoid eye contact, as most people do? Am i unattractive? Am I a creeper? Or is all of this just in my head?



And I have cropped my hair to a ceasar-cut like my avatar, and the goatee is shortened down to about half an inch.

You know, this may sound weird to you, but I kinda like that picture. It doesn't look bad.



I was expecting some "OMGWTF eyebleach please!" type of picture, but I was pleasantly surprised.



Of course, I'm not the most friendly looking person in the world either, so maybe that's why it doesn't bother me.
