How would you feel about this?

So I fell for this guy and we were really flirty and we finally asked eachother ages. I told him I was almost 18 and he said he was 24. He thought I was around 20 and I thought he was around 20. So if anything ever happened between us, because we have a lot a chemistry and I haven't found one flaw about him that I can't stand and he's actually a pretty good guy.. does a 18 year old girl dating a 24 year old guy sound THAT bad to you?



I really don't have a problem giving it a shot after I get to know him, I'm just afraid he might be iffy about it since he is the older one.. and he's not a creeper at all so I don't know if he'd feel like he was being a pervert.

How would you feel about this?
If u aren't worried about it then i would get stressed about it. If u know hes a nice guy and u don't feel like he's a pervert then don't worry, it's only 6 years difference and that's not that much if anything he would be more mature and not act like a kid unlike some people that r younger than him.

Reply:Hey your 18 so your legal its all good. I doubt he'll have a problem with it. The only problem with you two dating is that he'll be able to get into clubs and bars while you may have difficulty with that.

id tell him how you feel.

and ask him if he feels the same,

and if you think its weird because of the age difference.

Reply:There is nothing wrong with age. Your 18, you are old enough to make your own decisions and dating someone who is 6 years older then you is fine. People may be shocked when you tell them his age but if he looks younger then you know, it wont look that bad. come on, how many people stop and ask your bf's age? I say go for it what you got to lose?
Reply:Your age difference is def. not a big deal. If you don't have a problem with it, and neither does he.. than it's okay. You both are aldults and it's perfectly legal too.
Reply:okay so when i was dating a 20 year old guy, i'm 26, i asked my shrink and he said: take the age of the older person, divide it by 2 then add 7 years and if you are that old or older then it's not too weird.
