Haha 17 & 22?

First of all the situation is completely weird but here it is

im 17 %26amp; ima girl %26amp; i was dating this guy {mike} who broke up with me for his ex {melissa} %26amp; this guy {joe} comes into my work %26amp; asks me for mi num %26amp; he was iight so i said yeah after him askin a couple times (dont do that very often btw) but anyway so it jus so happens that he {joe} is the brother of {melissa} who hates me haha



but anyway so joe is 22 %26amp; like i said im 17 ... my birthday was in january %26amp; his was in april.



hes not a creeper - tryin to get with teenagers but i do look alot older then i am , most people think im atleast 20. after we got talking he found out i was 17 %26amp; idk - were not plannin on doin the nasty haha , but just to be on the safe side i dont wanna get him in trouble if we hang out



what do you think ??

depends on where u live. in most states age of consent is 16 or 17. Only a few are 18. Some are even 15. Each country is different 2.

Reply:5 years isnt really a big deal when you get older but you could get him in trouble if your parents disapprove. i would take it slow and see what happens down the road.try being just friends first and before you know you will be 18.just know though if you do anything sexual you are putting him at risk to get in trouble if your parents disapprove of it.
