Not to long where it is like... that you will ONLY get "I just want to be friends." But not to short where she thinks you are a creeper. How long is the happy medium or the best amount of time between first becoming friends and boyfriend and girlfriend?

Exactly 0 seconds. The very second a girl designates you as "friend" you might as well be behind bars because you will get to see and hear everything without ever being centrally involved. If she thinks you're creepy, she's not going to go out with you OR accept your friendship so you're screwed either way. Either establish yourself as a dater right off the bat or don't bother.
