Does anyone else dislike Bella from "Twilight"?

She's OBSESSED with Edward, in a stalker way that makes her look like a creeper. She's all, "his family is my family too now!". She comes on too strong, and she's a bit rude in an overly brash way. Bella wants to become a vampire, even when Edward is thinking of her and wants her to consider staying human, she refuses like a spoiled brat who only wants her way. I mean, she's like, "Carlisle, you listen to me now! You ARE changing me regardless of what Edward says, so I can be an eternal parasite and fall down everywhere and have Edwards die trying to save little damsel in distress me!"



She's inconsiderate to anyone else's feelings. She's a straight up ***** to some people. She ignores her "friends", like Mike, and leads him on like Jacob. She used Jessica only when she needed her to hang out with.



And she went all psycho ***** in "New Moon". And her, "curse the sunlight and snow and anything fun" and falling around crap is annoying. Even as a vampire, she'll fall on her face.

Does anyone else dislike Bella from "Twilight"?

Yeah, I see your point. I thought she was a good narrator until Eclipse, where I kind of got annoyed with her leading Jacob on, then deciding she loved him when she had Edward still waiting on her. Lol, "so I can be an eternal parasite and fall down everywhere and have Edward die trying to save little damsel in distress me." That's funny.



I think she should've been nicer to Mike, too, but I guess the focus is on her and Edward (and now Jacob, grr).



I wonder if being a vampire will make her graceful like the Cullens. But, still, she's Bella. She's bound to make mistakes, even when she's perfected.

Reply:Well if you really think about Edward is the exact same way. I mean he broke into her room and was watching her sleep when she wasn't aware. Wouldn't you say that's a bit stalker-ish? I would say so. And Bella should have the choice of becoming a vampire if she wants to regardless of what Edward says. When you love someone you want to be with them forever but if she isn't a vampire its going to get really awkward when she's an old lady dating a 17 year old.



You have to admit in a way Jessica kind of used Bella too. Didn't you read about what she was thinking inside her head when Bella was talking to her. I do hate how she ended up loving Jacob though. And sometimes her friends can be really annoying so I see why she ignores them. Its like they always have a problem with everything she does.



Thats what happens when people lose the love of their life. I actually found her "falling around crap" rather amusing.



And to answer your question I don't dislike Bella, however, I do love Edward!
