Thought Id get more answers now than when I posted at 2am?

I work at a recreation center.

I also play soccer there.

Im a senior in HS and a graduation requirement is to get 20 hrs of community service, so I run the scoreboards for the soccer games when Im not playing, so Im there 3 nights a week playing soccer and running the boards.

Ive gotten to know most the referees pretty well.

One ref is a very nice guy. He is one of the best referees Ive ever seen and he is overall a pretty good guy.



Here is the thing.

He winks at me all the time. When I walk past him or if we look over at each other. Its kinda like a head nod type gesture, I guess.

He jokes around with me and acts more friendly than the other referees.

He'll pat me on the back or something like that.

He shares food with me, if he goes and gets any from the vending machines.

Tonight, I was talking to one of my supervisors and he was standing behind me and kicked the back of my leg on purpose then pretended like he didn't do anything.

He would do the winking thing a few times and he knocked on the glass at me, like he was saying or or something.

I bought some candy and it was his fav candy I suppose, he wanted some so i shared it with him.

He didnt have a drink, so he came over to the table and asked whos powerade was sitting there and I said mine and he asked if I was sick and I said no and he picked it up and drank some. He did this a few times through out the night and then when I got a mountain dew he did the same with that.



The other night during a game (he plays on one of my teams), I was in the bench area leaning on the boards watching the game. He subbed off and went to get his water bottle which was on the opposite side of me and I stood up so my butt wasn't in the way but when he walked past me his hand still brushed my butt. There was enough room for two comfortably where I was standing. I have no clue if it was accidental or on purpose.



He is not a "creeper" or an ugly guy, hes quite good-looking.



Ive only known him since the beginning of March.

My questions are:

1. Why would he be so comforatable with drinking after me even if I wasn't sick?

2. Is he flirting?

3. What are his actions trying to say?

4. What are your takes on this situation?



There is a twist but I want peoples opinions on this part of the situation first.

1. He's showing that he likes you enough that he doesn't mind getting your girl germs.



2. He's definitely flirting with you. It sounds like he is going to great lengths to get your attention and to be near you.



3. His actions are all about getting you to notice him, testing his boundaries and trying to work out if you feel the same.



4. He's into you. You feel flattered and secretly like the attention he's giving you. You like him too.



Where it goes from here is up to you.

- - - - - I think you meant since you were sick? But it sounds like he probably likes you and doesn't mind sharing things with you. Also, he may not have known you were sick.

2. Is he flirting?

- - - - - Whats funny about this is that almost ALL girls try to read into a guys behaviors. When in all honesty, most guys don't think about their actions to the extent we do. In other words, to us girls, we'll probably tell you he's flirting. But to him, he just may think you're cute and is acting accordingly. I wouldn't put too much thought into it. If you like his attention, thats all that matters!

3. What are his actions trying to say?

- - - - - I pretty much answered this one in number two. But it definitely seems like he is interested in you and is probably testing out the waters to see if you are interested in him back.

4. What are your takes on this situation?

- - - - - Like I said... It sounds like he is interested in at least getting to know you / wanting to be around you. If he didnt want anything to do with you, he probably wouldn't be wasting his time.
