So do you think it would be too weird to date MY GYNECOLOGIST?

We have talked a lot. He's always finding a reason to phone me. When I go to his office we talk about US and finally He asked me out. I think he's the nicest man I've met, I had a c-section with him, he loves my baby, and I met him when I was pregnant. I like him but I thought he would be just a doctor to me and I thought he was just being nice to me until I realize that he was very interested about ME and finally he asked me out. I really like him. I'm 22 and he's a lot older than I, he's very nice, but what do you think about me dating my gynecologist, I sometimes think it would be weird, now he wants me to be more than only his patient

He's not a creeper. And the first thing he told me before ask me out, "you should get a new doctor" and asked why and he said "cause I want to ask you togo out with me"

WOW!! it sounds like a love movie, u should give him a chance. from what u say, he seems like a nice guy plus u say u like him too, so whats stoping you?? u mention hes older than you, that probably means that he wants something serius wit u. n major plus he adores ur baby, what else can u ask for. sometimes men discrimante (or just dont care about the baby) a woman's child simply because its not his. he seems like a good one,

My doctor told me that the divorce rate amongst gynos is pretty well 100% so I would ease into this relationship very carefully.



Can you handle the idea of him working with women's genitals all day every day for many years to come?

Reply:Do not be surprised if he is all hung up breast-ular tissues--he gets to view the bottom parts all day. (My first wife encountered this problem with a guy she dated previously.)

As long as you switch doctors, and feel comfortable with this--given the age difference, and how intimate he already is with your body parts--it is probably O.K.. And no, he will not lose his license to practice medicine. I just doubt it will last. But what the hey...go for the big bucks, like the sperm-donor for your kid did!
