Gun KNOWLEDGE?
I assume that you mean 6.8mm as there is no such thing as a 3.8mm. A 3.8mm would be equivalent to a .1496 caliber bullet which does not exist. And yes, a 6.8mm is legal and available to the public.
Reply:Any Semi auto AR15 is available to the public, so long as you aren't a felon. BTW, why not go for the 5.56, or 6.8 mm? I have a Panther Carbine and I love it.
Reply:Yes they are. However they normally don't come with a 3 round burst.

Check out the below listed website for more information.

Reply:The AR-15 Rifle is available to civilians, however there is no 3.8mm SPC version. There is a 6.8mm Remington SPC round.
Reply:I'm assuming you are talking about AR 15 rifle....

3.8 mm would be the aperature for a sight or a scope?....

The answer to both is YES... and you should buy them both. The AR15 is an excellent firearm.
Reply:Yes you can, but its illegal if its automatic.
