if someone adds you to their contacts the day they create their YA account and they havent answered or asked ANY questions at all. and they dont have any other contacts.

why would they do this?

Reply:I'm guessing they want a following group to hang around with so that you can all give each other best answers. I have mine turned off in the options settings. I want to earn my way around by myself.

Reply:Myself personally, I choose contacts to add by their answers. If I feel someone has common sense and good answers then I add them. There are some CRAZY people I've came across on this Yahoo Answers!
