How do you get a girls phone number that works customer service?

I live in a college town (and am attending for engineering) and frequently shop at a local farm supply store to buy items for my truck and for parties, hunting, etc. There is this girl that works checkout whose smile always catches my eye. She obviously works there, but I don't think she attends college, she is just from this town. I'm not shy around people, except girls I am interested in. I shop there enough to where she doesn't I.D. me for credit cards or checks anymore, but we've never actually exchanged names, but had very brief conversations. She just has that incredible attitude that strikes me down. I have a lot of work experience, and could go as far as applying for a job there. Other than doing that to get to know her better I am out of ideas, unless some how I can get her to ask what I'm buying something for and say a river or college party and try to invite her to it, getting her #, and trying not to sound like a creeper. Giving my # to her would be worthless.

Okay first of all, if giving her your number would be worthless, I am assuming you mean that because she would not call you. So logically, if she would not call you the she is NOT INTERESTED!!! So you having her number without her knowing or permission not only makes you CREEPY (yes creepy) and stalker seeming, it is really pathetic. Get your balls together and ask her out. It's not that hard. Just say something like "Hey would you maybe like to go have coffee or a coke sometime? I am really interested in getting to know you." Or whatever. But man up and do it yourself, all that other stuff is creepy whether you mean it to be or not. If some guy called me on my personal number and I had not given him my number I would think about calling the cops to report him in case I went missing......
