High school thing, don't read if you are gunna hate.?

Ok so i kinda am kinda liking this Freshman, but i am a sophomore, we are both 15. She is hella athletic and i just went on a 5 mile run (in like 45-50 min) with her and her friend yesterday.............. Yeah i dont know, i thought i was in shape but damn.



Anyways i am just trying to be myself as much as possible and change in front of people like a lot of people do. i am trying to put me forward. Not just who i want to be. So i live like 4 houses away from her friend and it is pretty chill, her and I.



I really think she is tight and she is fine, but i really don't want to be the Creeper who picks down on Freshman. I know that sounds stupid but she is a Freshman on Varsity girls basket ball, like wtf. I have only known her for like a week or so but some of my soccer friends went to middle school with her.



Note, i feel like she is diggin me. I am over confident but not too outspoken, i just live life like i am an adult and try to be real.

good. just keep being yourself. she'll like that better. dont look at it like your picking down on freshman. shes the same age as you and its really not that bad. since you have only known her for like a week...i say just hangout with her. maybe just ask her to a movie or something. i would say its a little to early to date. from personal experience;; knowing some one for only a week and then asking them out. doesnt work. the relationship tends to not last. so just chill and give it time. if you think she likes you just talk to her about it. and tell her youd like to get to know her and then maybe you guys can start a relationship.
Reply:just the fact that ur worried about her being a frosh and u being a soph is immature. Who cares. there are a bunch of people in highschools all over the world (including my own) where everybody date everybody, its highschool, come one! as long as ur not just in it to get some, then w/e.

Reply:I would ask her out yet, if you have only known her for a week or so. I would wait until you know her a little better and drop her a few hints that you like her and then maybe in a week or so ask her out.
Reply:Well, I'm not certain what the actual question is (you didn't ask one), but there's nothing wrong with dating someone in a lower grade. When I was a frosh I dated a senior!



I look at it like this: high school relationships are just the training ground for the adult dating world. They usually don't last too long, so although the tendency to be very worried about them is certainly there, my advice is to just go for it. Why sit around over thinking it when you could be having fun with it?
